We're currently looking for a certified Health Care Aide (HCA) from Cochrane area to provide one-on-one care to clients in Cochrane for 20 to 25 hours per week . This is an opportunity to work in a supportive setting where you can choose the shifts that fit your lifestyle while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our home care team, you'll work under the guidance of our Care Coordinator to deliver personalized care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Preparing nutritious meals
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Accompanying clients on outings and appointments
- Assisting with shopping and errands
