As a pivotal part of the CIHI team, you will provide critical strategic, analytical, and operational expertise across governance and strategy sectors. Your role involves leading corporate process improvements, conducting research, and developing recommendations that drive better health outcomes. Collaborate with leaders across CIHI, translating complex data into actionable insights that strengthen governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate reporting and activities for Governance and Strategy programs
• Provide updates for corporate planning and performance measurement
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned governance products




• Conduct research and offer recommendations for strategy enhancements
• Support the Corporate Secretariat in planning Board activities
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Health Administration, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years' experience with senior executive-level committees
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
