About Cyberimpact
Cyberimpact is a Canadian email marketing platform trusted by thousands of organizations, from growing businesses to large enterprises, colleges, municipalities, and associations. Our platform is fully bilingual, built for compliance, and keeps all data in Canada. We help organizations own their audience relationships and grow through email.
We're one of Canada's fastest-growing companies, Canadian-owned and operated, and entering a new phase of growth.
About the role
Events and in-person connection are at the heart of our growth strategy. You'll build on what's already working and help us expand our reach across Canada.
You'll run our conference and trade show presence, create community events worth showing up to, and turn our webinar program into a consistent engine, owning each experience from pre-event promotion through follow-up and results.
You'll work closely with the Director of Growth, Growth Marketing Manager, and Content Marketing Specialist to ensure every event becomes a measurable growth opportunity before, during, and after it happens.
Most of our events take place in the Greater Toronto Area, so you'll regularly be the face of the brand in person.

- Coordinate executive schedules, speaking opportunities, and customer meetings during events
- Ensure every lead is captured and enters follow-up within 48 hours of the event
- Own the post-event debrief, ROI reporting, and lead conversion tracking for every event
Community events and sponsorships (~30%)
- Build and manage our community event calendar and sponsorship portfolio across the GTA
- Plan and run our own community events, and manage our presence at sponsored ones
- Evaluate sponsorships against audience fit and pipeline potential, and negotiate terms
Webinars (~35%)
- Run the webinar program end to end: topic planning, speaker prep, promotion, production, and follow-up
- Coordinate Cyberimpact's participation in external webinars, including booking speaking opportunities for company executives
- Coordinate guest speakers and external partners
- Work with the Content Marketing Specialist to distribute and repurpose webinar recordings
- Analyze webinar performance and recommend improvements to increase registrations, attendance, and conversions
- Establish a consistent cadence and grow registration and attendance
- Coordinate logistics for French-language sessions in partnership with bilingual teammates who lead delivery
Collaboration
- Partner with the Director of Growth to support demand generation objectives
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager to align events with campaigns and strategic priorities
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to create promotional assets before events and repurpose event content afterward

- Track ROI, cost per lead, cost per prospect, pipeline generated, attendance, and conversion ratesRecommend improvements based on performance data

What success looks like
- Every event has pre-event activation, an in office plan, and a completed ROI debrief
- A webinar program on a consistent cadence with growing registration and attendance
- Event-sourced pipeline growing, with cost per opportunity trending down
What we're looking for
- 2 to 4 years in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation, with events you have run end to end
- Strong project management skills across budgets, vendors, timelines, and logistics
- Comfortable hosting, presenting, and representing the brand in person and on camera
