As an OT/PT Assistant, you'll report directly to the Manager of Program Supports. This role involves assisting with the planning, organizing, and delivery of therapy programmes tailored to resident needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individual client-activation programmes
• Execute individual therapy programmes as per clinician's instructions
• Participate in care planning and assessments
• Assist clients with daily living activities
Requirements:
• Diploma/certificate in OT/PT assistance required
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Knowledge of compliance with safe-work practices
• Strong communication skills essential
