Sinai Health is looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in the Prenatal Diagnosis Unit, providing care for patients navigating high-risk pregnancies. Responsibilities include performing thorough psychosocial assessments, supporting ethical discussions about treatment options, and coordinating care as the primary nurse for patients. Your role will prioritize educating patients and their families, ensuring they understand procedures and potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate patient-centered care for high-risk pregnancies
• Document and monitor patient health and assessment results




• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms and equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care
• Address patient calls and concerns pre- and post-procedure
Requirements:
• CNO registration required
• Baccalaureate in nursing or equivalent combination of education
• 3-5 years of recent clinical experience in perinatal nursing
• BCLS certification necessary
• Preferred experience in procedure rooms and outpatient settings
