The Campus

Manager position provides leadership for the Men’s Recovery Program. This role emphasizes staff oversight, crisis management, and compliance with both provincial and federal regulations. You will oversee program delivery, monitor client progress, and foster a Christ-centered approach to recovery. Key Responsibilities:
Hire and supervise campus staff and volunteers
Ensure consistent program delivery and client engagement
Support conflict resolution and team performance planning
Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
Oversee campus operations and budget accountability Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
Leadership experience in addiction recovery or social services
Solid communication and conflict-resolution skills
Valid driver’s license and First Aid Certification
