Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans
Manage planning team for effective work order execution
Optimize asset hierarchies and planning data in CMMS
Build multi-year maintenance programs and budgets
Ensure availability of materials and resources Requirements:
University degree in Engineering or related field
At least five years in a supervisory role
Ten years of experience in maintenance management
Familiarity with condition monitoring technologies
