In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Product Planning and Delivery and oversee the entire product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include defining product strategy, managing backlog alignment, and ensuring compliance with business needs. You will engage with business partners and external vendors, facilitating collaboration to meet ambitious goals and ensuring performance metrics align with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
Oversee execution of product lifecycle from ideation to launch




Manage product backlog to align with enterprise strategy
Lead recruitment and performance management of the team
Ensure documentation of requirements is explicit and accessible Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
9+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
Solid knowledge of project delivery methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
