Become a key resource for PharmD students at the University of Toronto as a Student Support, Appeals and Petition Specialist. In this full time role, you will make key decisions related to students’ petitions and appeals while also providing comprehensive support services.
With at least four years of academic experience, you will advise students effectively while interpreting regulations. Your work will have a direct impact on students' academic journeys, ensuring they understand their options and receive timely resolutions. Key Responsibilities:
Advise students on petitions and appeals processes
Assess and determine outcomes for petitions and appeals
Manage deferred examination scheduling and tracking
Provide support to individuals in distress
Analyze and recommend improvements for service delivery Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
Minimum four years supporting students academically
Experience with student petition assessment
Proficient in student information systems
