In this vital role, you will serve as both a caregiver and Case Manager for the Children's Home Care (CHC) program. Your expertise will support diverse nursing services for children facing medical and developmental challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct nursing care to pediatric patients
• Act as a Case Manager for individual care plans
• Assess needs and document client progress




• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide education and advocacy for patients and families
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing education program
• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Two years recent nursing experience
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
