Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve meals for dietary needs
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Conduct daily temperature checks for food storage




• Coordinate workflow and direct assigned staff
• Participate in special meal events and initiatives
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent; Cook Training program preferred
• 2-3 years of culinary experience in large quantity food prep
• Knowledge of special dietary needs and food guides
• Food Safe Level 1 Certificate required
• Criminal Record Check clearance required
