Key Responsibilities:
• Provide fast, pleasant customer service over the phone
• Ensure accurate report handling and distribution




• Adhere to UHN policies and maintain confidentiality
• Generate and maintain database searches for clients
• Communicate critical results promptly to relevant labs
Requirements:
• Grade XII completion or recognized equivalent
• At least two years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of laboratory practices an asset
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
