We are looking for a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to contribute to the Medicine Team. This role involves direct patient care, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living. You'll utilize your understanding of nursing principles to educate families and ensure transparent communication across health professionals. Shifts will vary, including evenings and weekends, catering to our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments regularly
• Monitor, document and report patient conditions




• Aid patients in daily living activities
• Educate families on patient care and resources
• Engage with a collaborative healthcare team
Requirements:
• College of Nurses of Ontario registration required
• At least one year of recent hospital experience
• CPR Certificate and medication course completed
• IV certification required or to be obtained
• Excellent assessment and communication skills
