As an essential part of the team, the Asphalt Plant Operator will report to the Project Supervisor and will take charge of producing various asphalt products. You will conduct quality tests, maintain documentation, and operate necessary machinery. This position is vital for maintaining standards and ensuring smooth operations in shifts that may vary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce asphalt and perform quality control tests
• Load and unload materials using forklifts and skid steers
• Clean and organize the plant and equipment
• Document production and maintenance activities
• Work on rotating shifts as required
Requirements:
• Relevant high school or college diploma
• Experience in manufacturing or relevant chemical processes
• Valid Driver's License essential
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
