Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and analyze business requirements, forming user stories
• Develop detailed system documentation and process flows

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Familiarity with PLM, ERP, and SaaS platforms
