Taproot Community Support Services is seeking dedicated Overnight Awake Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide care to children or youth with moderate to severe behavioral challenges, helping them overcome obstacles and access support. You'll collaborate closely with care teams to design and implement individualized service plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individual needs and collaborate with care teams
• Design and implement personalized service plans
• Ensure health, well-being,



and safety of children at night
• Maintain clean and comfortable living spaces
• Provide general support as required during shifts
Requirements:
• Experience in child or youth care settings
• Understanding of behavioral challenges and trauma
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work overnights in a residential setting
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
