As an Estimator, your role will involve analyzing tender packages, performing in-depth take-offs, and collaborating with subcontractors for robust bid submissions. Ensure the successful completion of commercial and industrial projects with your expertise in pricing analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review project scopes and develop accurate cost estimates
• Lead the estimating and pre-construction process
• Manage pricing revisions and maintain documentation




• Collaborate with project teams and communicate effectively
• Conduct site visits and validate project requirements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Robust organization and analytical capabilities
• Familiarity with estimating software is a bonus
• Previous estimating experience in construction is preferred
