Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, expertly mixing drinks, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage safety standards, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment. The bartender will be responsible for serving drinks, managing cash and POS transactions, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Use POS systems for order entry and payment processing with accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations at all times.
Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cash register operations and credit card transactions.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol consumption.




Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a cocktail bar in Toronto is a must.
Deep knowledge of classics, trends and new spirits.
Established network of industry pears and brands ambassador.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanour.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Basic math skills for managing tabs, tips, and change.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Good time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Previous serving or food handling experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided if necessary.

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
