You will be responsible for managing labor, resources, and safety protocols. Robust leadership and problem-solving abilities are crucial for ensuring the quality and timely progress of electrical installations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire electrical construction process
Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks
Oversee quality inspections for electrical components
Coordinate with mechanical and other teams
Develop inspection reports for high-voltage items Requirements:
Red Seal or Journeyperson Electrician Certification
Minimum of 10 years in industrial electrician roles
At least 5 years in a supervisory capacity
Proven leadership and planning experience
