The Lead for Community Focused Learning plays a pivotal role in enhancing the MD program through experiential learning and community partnerships. In this senior role, you will oversee the development and continuous improvement of the community service-learning experience within the MD program.

Collaborating closely with various program leads and community agencies, you will ensure alignment with curriculum standards while promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion. Your expertise will guide learners and community partners in delivering impactful educational experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Design and enhance the community service-learning experience
Maintain partnerships with community organizations




Lead onboarding and training for community mentors
Assess learner orientation covering safety and professionalism
Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives Requirements:
Master’s in Health Education or related field
Experience in community-engaged learning and partnerships
Background in curriculum design within medical education
