Location:Montreal, Quebec What you will be doing:
Define the target MDM architecture.
Design master data models and establish business rules.
Mentor and guide the development team (EBX, Datastage, and integration teams).
Ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of master data.
Collaborate closely with both business and technology stakeholders.
Contribute to the strategic orientations and roadmap of the MDM solution.

What you must have
Experience:
15+ years of experience in IT.
10+ years of experience in data management, architecture, and business intelligence.
5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
Technical Skills:
Concrete experience with MDM tools, specifically TIBCO EBX.
Proficiency in data modeling and data architecture.
Knowledge of data governance and quality practices.
Familiarity with integration settings (Datastage, Kafka, APIs, or equivalent).
Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams in large-scale data governance programs.
Language: Must be bilingual (French/English).
