Responsibilities
This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for including, but not limited to the following responsibilities.
Rental invoicing
Preparing and distributing monthly customer statements
Tracking and administration of equipment fleet
Generating Sales Reports as required by management
Perform accurate and timely data entry
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and archiving
Other duties as required

Requirements
At least 3 years of AR or similar experience in a mid to large size business in heavy equipment or construction industry
Excellent computer skills with the ability to effectively use various software programs and perform tasks independently




Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and all levels of management
Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision
Office Workplace; must be able to sit for extended periods
Ability to learn and take initiative and progress with dynamic changing nature of the business.
Understand internal and external customers needs and proactively address the situations and provide solutions
A positive understanding or Equipment/Transport business.

Compensation

Compensation will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.

Pre-employment Background Check is required, and employment is contingent upon successful clearance results.
