Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic advising, resource access, and support services
Coordinate student orientation sessions and ongoing workshops to enhance student engagement and success
Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop programs that support diverse student needs
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and service utilization
Assist students in navigating academic policies, registration processes, and career planning




Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering a welcoming and inclusive setting
Organize events and activities that promote student involvement and community building
Support the development of educational materials and resources for students

Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field
Prior experience in educational support roles is highly desirable
Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse student populations
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a energetic environment
Passion for education and student development
Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students to achieve common goals

Pay: $53,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
