Develop sourcing strategies in alignment with project needs
Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and materials
Implement procurement tracking through MRP systems
Establish long-term supplier partnerships and agreements
Analyze BOMs for critical path and long-lead items Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
8+ years in procurement or supply chain management
Proven experience in rail or heavy manufacturing settings
Solid financial literacy and contract negotiating skills
