Position: ERP Development Manager
Location: Corporate Office - North York
Salary: $170K to $180K

Job Description:
Lead ERP modernization and cloud migration (NAV → Business Central)
Redesign legacy NAV customizations into extension-based BC architecture (AL)
Own integrations across POS (LS Central), e-commerce, CRM, WMS, finance, inventory, and vendor APIs
Drive data migration, ETL, governance, and cut-over execution
Provide hands-on technical leadership (coding, architecture, CI/CD, environments)
Build and mentor a high-performing ERP development team
Translate complex technical decisions into explicit, business-aligned outcomes
Enforce security, compliance, observability, and operational discipline

Skills:
7+ years ERP development experience (NAV & Business Central)
Deep expertise in LS Central / Retail ERP ecosystems
Proven success migrating legacy ERP systems to Business Central Cloud




Robust integration, API, and Dev Ops ownership
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and release governance
Engineering-first mindset with strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have:
Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, AD)
Power BI / retail analytics
Azure Dev Ops ERP deployment automation
