As a Front of House Team Member at Indian Sweet Master, you will provide exceptional customer service while representing one of Canada's leading Indian restaurant brands. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience, taking customer orders, serving authentic Indian cuisine and sweets, handling cash and POS transactions, and ensuring the dining area remains clean and organized. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to deliver orders accurately and efficiently in a rapid-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
Take dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately using the POS system.
Serve food, beverages, and traditional Indian sweets while maintaining presentation standards.
Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, front counter, and beverage stations.
Restock packaging, condiments, drinks,



and display items as needed.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company operating procedures.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Skills & Qualifications
Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
