Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sandwich Artist to join our team. This role involves preparing fresh sandwiches and salads, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company standards and recipes
Operate POS systems including Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
Maintain sanitation and food safety standards in all food handling and preparation activities




Upsell additional menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
Ensure cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation protocols
Assist in stocking supplies and organizing the kitchen area for efficient workflow

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation, serving, or cashiering is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or moving product as needed
Kitchen or restaurant experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
