Key Responsibilities:
Steer priorities for engagement requests and manage pipeline
Ensure EPMs align requirements with business objectives




Own capacity planning and squad formation processes
Provide executive-level portfolio reporting and outcomes
Govern engagement lifecycle with structured hand-offs Requirements:
7+ years in tech strategy or program management
3+ years overseeing technology portfolios
Proven ability to communicate trade-offs effectively
Robust analytical and resource coordination skills
