Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Carpenter Apprentice. This is an prospect for someone who is passionate about carpentry and looking to gain hands-on experience in the field. As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced carpenters and learn various aspects of the trade. Experience in residential framing and must be confident working at heights.
Duties:
Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, and other materials
Assist with framing, siding, flooring, cabinet installation, and tile laying
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
Follow blueprints, building plans, and specifications
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
Experience:
Previous experience in carpentry is preferred but not required
-Experience in residential framing
Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and equipment
-Need to be able to work at heights (training provided if needed)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of electrical systems installation is a bonus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
