Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to identify issues early
Diagnose mechanical problems accurately using specialized tools and techniques
Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a protected working environment for yourself and colleagues
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions
Assist in the installation of new machinery or equipment as needed
Requirements
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems and diagrams
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
Experience operating power tools safely and effectively in a maintenance setting
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair instructions clearly
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Prior experience in a maintenance or repair role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
