We are looking for an experienced Production Team Lead to support daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead production employees, assist supervisors with daily execution, and help ensure production targets, quality standards, and ensure that safety requirements are followed.

Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate production employees on the floor
Organize daily workflow and maintain production efficiency
Support production targets and output requirements
Ensure compliance with quality, and safety standards
Complete and review production paperwork
Report downtime, quality concerns, staffing issues, and equipment problems
Coach employees and maintain accountability
Assist in the hiring, onboarding and full training of new staff
Communicate effectively with all team members including management and logistics

Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, production or packaging environment
Solid verbal and written English communication skills required
Solid communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment




Knowledge of and workplace safety practices
Demonstrated reliability (attendance record), ability to de-escalate conflicts, and make sound decisions to resolve problems quickly under pressure
Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience
Valid Ontario “G” driver’s license that is in good standing
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must have stock control (inventory & parts supply) experience
Proficient computer skills and fluency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

We are looking for an individual who can motivate a team, maintain productivity, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations as we automate our processes.

Please Note: The position involves standing, repetitive motion, bending, working in heat/cold, noise, or around machinery.

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
