We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling transactions, assisting customers, and promoting products to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a welcoming environment
process transactions accurately using cash register and pos systems
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Assist customers with inquiries and product location
-Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely
Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs
Assist in stocking shelves
-Resolve customer complaints in a qualified manner.
Qualifications
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
Proficiency in cash handling procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is beneficial
-Excellent phone etiquette skills

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
