Avery HR is seeking an experienced Box Clamp Counterbalance Forklift operator for one of our clients in Mississauga. Temp-to-perm - no students please.
Shift : 7 am to 3.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay : $22 per hour
Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift to move and stack bins four levels high
Line up pegs on bins
Load and unload trucks, containers, and shelves
Perform order picking and ensure accuracy in product selection
Conduct routine inspections of the forklift and report any maintenance or safety issues
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
Minimum TWO years experience operating a Box Clamp picking bins preferred
Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on the forklifts
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
Basic math skills to accurately count and record inventory
