Key Responsibilities:
Direct the estimating team in accurate proposal creation
Guide design-build proposals and provide strategic oversight
Evaluate market risks and recommend bid strategies
Work with Project Managers on tender specifications
Approve cost estimates including vendor quotes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
At least 10 years in heavy civil estimating
Skilled in reading and interpreting specifications
Familiar with P3 projects and ADM tendering methods
Proficient in MS Office and estimating software
