We are a growing modular home manufacturing company seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Labourers to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who want to build a long-term career in an innovative and quick-evolving construction environment.
Position Details:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Work is performed indoors in a controlled factory environment, protected from weather conditions—unlike traditional outdoor construction job sites
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the construction and assembly of modular home components
Perform general labour tasks including material handling, measuring, cutting, and installation
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support production efficiency and quality control processes
Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of construction-related experience
Handyman or general repair experience is considered an asset
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Capable of standing, bending, or kneeling for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
