We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing workplace for clients, and promote retail products. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in a qualified setting while building lasting client relationships. A solid focus on sanitation, customer service, and communication is essential to ensure client satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities
Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail enhancements.
Offer additional services such as body waxing to enhance client experience.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
Upsell retail products to clients to support their ongoing nail care routines.
Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Keep the work area clean,



organized, and inviting for clients throughout the day.
Stay current with industry trends and new techniques through ongoing education and training.

Experience
Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those new to the industry.
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation protocols, and current trends in nail art and design.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not mandatory.
Proven ability in retail sales and upselling products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with attention to detail and professionalism.

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
