You will lead internal and external communications, manage contractors, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Proficiency in industry-standard PM software, especially Procore, is highly valued. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of project progress documentation
Review and respond to RFIs and change order requests
Assist in delivering timely projects to clients
Conduct subconsultant coordination and cost management
Present transparent and accurate project updates to stakeholders Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
P.Eng. license strongly preferred
20 years in industry, with 10 years dedicated to tunneling
Expertise in EPC project claims and legal agreements
