We're looking for an experienced Automotive Estimator / Manager to join our close-knit team of six employees. This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, family-oriented setting where your contributions are valued and your work makes a difference.

Responsibilities
Prepare accurate repair estimates using SGI estimating procedures and software.- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
oversee daily shop operations, Manage repair scheduling and monitor vehicle progress.- Work closely with SGI adjusters and suppliers.
Order parts and verify repair requirements.
Ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and SGI standards.

Qualifications
Experience as an automotive estimator, collision repair advisor,



or autobody manager.- Experience with estimating software is an asset.
Knowledge of SGI estimating procedures is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
A valid driver's licence.
