Reporting to the Director of HR for Operations, the HR Manager collaborates closely with manufacturing and operations leaders throughout Canada and the U.S.

This position plays a critical role in fostering employee engagement, operational excellence, and compliance within a rapid-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with operations leaders to enhance employee performance
Oversee HR activities across multiple manufacturing sites
Drive workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management




Support organizational change initiatives and lean efforts
Coach site leadership on staffing and people-related strategies Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
5+ years HR experience in multi-shift manufacturing
Strong knowledge of labor laws, specifically Ontario
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office
