Duties
Provide professional hair styling, haircutting, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations on styles and products.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularly to ensure a protected environment.
Upsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and grooming accessories to enhance client satisfaction.
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently.
Communicate clearly with clients about aftercare instructions and product usage to ensure ongoing satisfaction.




Promote retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and current promotions to boost revenue.

Experience
Previous experience in barbering or hairstyling is preferred; certification from a recognized cosmetology or barbering program is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, skilled manner.
Knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and sanitation protocols essential for delivering top-tier service.
Excellent communication skills to listen attentively and provide clear advice on styles and products.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with retail sales and upselling strategies is advantageous for maximizing client satisfaction and business growth.
Familiarity with front desk operations including appointment booking systems enhances overall workflow.
