What You'll Do
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
Process cash and electronic payments
Run food and support overall front-of-house flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
Restock front-of-house items as needed
Respond to customer concerns professionally
Support opening and closing duties
Assist with tournament and event traffic during peak periods

Preferred Qualifications
Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience
Experience using POS systems considered an asset
