We are seeking a compassionate and motivated ABA Therapist to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. The ABA Therapist will work one-on-one with clients to implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
part time 30 hours a week, monday to friday.
Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors
Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
Assist clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills
Maintain a secure, supportive, and structured environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
Follow ethical guidelines and company policies
Attend required training and supervision sessions
Qualifications
Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field,
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations (if applicable)
Job Types: Full-time, Part time
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
