We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sushi preparation, and possess a keen eye for detail and presentation. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of sushi dishes with precision and artistry, adhering to traditional techniques and recipes.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, including tools and work surfaces.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting.
Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
Robust cooking skills with an emphasis on presentation and quality control.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
