Duties
Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation quality
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and utensils
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Serve breakfast items promptly to ensure timely service for guests
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchen roles, preferably with breakfast or brunch menus
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Solid skills in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and serving hot foods efficiently
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting pots or trays as needed
A positive attitude, teamwork-oriented mindset, and reliability are essential for success in this role
Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
