Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and qualified Bartender/Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities
Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
Assist with setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any questions or concerns professionally
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously,



demonstrating excellent time management skills
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and alcohol consumption

Requirements
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for order calculations and cash transactions
Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry
