As a full time HR skilled reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will be integral in managing employee relations, onboarding, and recruitment for field operations.

Your role will involve coaching site leaders on HR policies and maintaining solid relationships with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main contact for People & Culture inquiries
Oversee recruitment and onboarding for site positions
Advise leaders on HR best practices and policies
Facilitate the resolution of employee relations issues
Support organizational change initiatives across sites Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
3 years of HR experience with unionized environments
Robust knowledge of Ontario employment laws
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
