Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with the ability to communicate effectively with children and parents. Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
Educate and supervise young children in a safe and nurturing workplace
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate learning and development
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Provide individualized attention to each child's needs
Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
Utilize organizational skills to plan lessons and activities effectively
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting
Strong leadership skills to manage a classroom effectively
Knowledge of special education practices is beneficial
Proficiency in computer operation for lesson planning and record keeping
