Support innovative health care research with Conestoga College as a full time Researcher. Lead research activities, apply for funding, and analyze data in a hybrid work setting. Reporting directly to the Director, you will enhance the Centre for Health Care Research & Innovation through applied research.

Your role encompasses all stages of the research lifecycle, from proposal development to knowledge dissemination. This position requires on-campus work at the Kitchener location and offers a mix of remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities:
Support planning, implementation, and evaluation of research projects
Seek and apply for recent funding prospects
Prepare knowledge translation products for external partners
Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods analysis
Collaborate with research partners and stakeholders Requirements:
Master of Science degree in health care or related field
Minimum five years in applied research or evaluation activities
Expertise in research design and data analysis
Proficiency with NVivo, Excel, and SPSS
