Duties
Support front-of-house staff with serving guests, taking orders, and managing POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast POS, and OpenTable Reservation System.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and service stations according to food safety regulations
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Support in general restaurant maintenance including cleaning tables, floors, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest services and resolve any customer concerns promptly

Requirements
Previous experience in food service,



hospitality, or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS or OpenTable Reservation System
Prior Restaurant or hotel/hospitality background is advantageous but not required
