The Tim Hortons Shift Supervisor position is operational in nature and involves the supervision of team member activities on shift to ensure that standards around people, product, cleanliness, and Exceptional Guest Experience are fulfilled.

Rates dependent on availability and experience.

Applicants must be reliable, and available for full shifts on four or more consecutive days.

Team Members can also be hired and trained to the position though our Management Training Program.

Rates can reflect experience, once you learn how to do things "The Tim's Way" and demonstrate an ability to lead and protect our high standards.

An ability to accept, promote and maintain Tim Hortons strict standards is essential.
